Usergroups

Usergroups are groups of users. They have access to special parts of the forum.
The two usergroups are:
-ECYD Members - ECYD peeps, who have access to the ECYD thread.
-Regulars - Regular ConQuest! members.
-Fathers - Well, what do you think they are?
